At you local hamfest it costs anywhere from $5.00 - 10.00 per table for each day you wish to display your equipment. Even at these prices, few hamfests expose your items to more than a few hundred amateur operators each day.

At Sunbelt Hamfest we have decided to allow Amateurs to place their listing at no cost.. During a month, your equipment listing will be exposed to potentially hundreds of thousands of amateurs on the Internet. This offer could change after a few months of operation, based on available storage space for the hamfest listings. Should you have a piece of equipment you wish to add during the month, we can add it to your list .

How much equipment can you list for the above fee is probably your next question. We at Sunbelt Hamfest are reasonable amateurs and will work with you to maximize your listing here. Extra long listings will require a second table, just as you would at a local hamfest. We guarantee you will be pleased with the service you receive.

Sunbelt Hamfest is designed for Licensed Amateur operators and Businesses selling Amateur related equipment to rent tables and promote their wares.

A business may rent a Table / Booth with us for only $15.00 a month to get information about your products to the amateur radio community. We will set up your Commercial Booth, if contracted for 6 or 12 months, at a special rate to help you reach the most customers for your advertising dollar. With this contract you may change your listing during the month.. You may change more than the one time, for an additional charge. If you have a WEB Site, we can include a link to your site
