Amateur radio nets are available on all bands, for many purposes. The goal of most nets is to help amateur radio operators be better prepared for net operations and procedures in real emergency conditions.

This page will have information for all kinds of nets for you to participate in when possible. I am starting with Local nets on VHF, and State HF nets. These nets are held daily and some weekly.

You will also find listings of HF Award nets designed to help Amateur radio operators get a worked all states, and other awards. OMISS Net, YLSSB Net, 3905 Century Club Net, and Tripple H Net. These nets will help you get your Worked All States. There is also a county hunters net where mobile stations help make contacts with hard to get counties in all states available during their travels.

For the extra class operator there is the Geratol Worked All States Net.
