Scott Alderman -- Broker & President:  Scott is a native of Valdosta and has been licensed and active in the commercial real estate market in Georgia since 1982. He is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a B.B.A (1981) and M.B.A. (1988). He is also a Georgia Certified Real Estate Instructor, having taught real estate for 12 years at Valdosta Technical College. Scott is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute and is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation conferred by the CCIM Institute.

 

Jeff Stewart -- Commercial Agent:  Jeff has lived in Valdosta most of his life except for when he attended the University of Nevada-Reno where he received a B.B.A. in Accounting. He worked in public and corporate accounting until 1993 when he started The Finex Company which specializes in business brokerage. Jeff continues to own The Finex Company as a licensee of First Commercial Real Estate, providing buyers and sellers of on-going businesses with this important specialty service.
